Important travel tips to know before buying an airline ticket Important travel tips to know before buying an airline ticket
  • Always read the terms and conditions section in order to be clear on the conditions of purchase.
  • Most discounted tickets (the most economical) are non-refundable and therefore have restrictions regarding changes and / or cancellations. These restrictions may also apply on other tickets.
  • It is a good practice to also purchase travel insurance while booking your travel. Travel Insurance protects you from many unexpected conditions such as sudden illness, travel delays, lost baggage, etc.
  • Please spell your name correctly. Make sure the spelling of your name matches the name on your government issued ID or passport as name changes are not permitted by the airlines.
  • Seating and other special requests: While we do our best to pass on your seating and other preferences to the airline, it is the airline's discretion to honor them. Please note that some airlines are now charging for advance seating.
  • Please verify the flight dates and times before completing your booking. Once the tickets are issued, every change will attract an airline penalty. Even simple mistakes can be costly.
  • Please re-confirm your reservation at least 48-72 hrs hours prior to departure. Airlines make schedule changes frequently to accommodate load ratios and weather conditions. For a list of airline contact numbers, please click here.
  • Email address: Please input your email address correctly. All important notifications like the Itinerary confirmation, or any airline schedule change information, are sent to this email address. In addition, this email ID can be used to view your existing bookings online.
