Taxes and fees
Prices shown include all applicable taxes and fees for the itinerary shown, in addition to the air fare.
Taxes and Fees may include one or more of the following components
Air Passenger Duty
This is an excise duty levied by the UK Government and collected from airlines. It is usually represented by the tax code GB.
UK Passenger Service Charge
This is a fee that airlines pay to the UK airports for the use of the airport's passenger facilities. It is usually represented by the tax code UB.
Insurance and security surcharge
Many airlines have been levying a charge per passenger to cover increased costs of insurance and security.   It is usually represented by the tax code YR.
Fuel surcharge
Many airlines have imposed a separate fuel surcharge.  It is usually represented by the tax code YQ. The amount of the fuel surcharge varies by airline, route and sometimes cabin of travel.
Other taxes, fees and charges
Some airlines make additional charges for hold baggage (luggage that you check-in), check-in at the airport, priority boarding, card payment fee and so on. On international flights passengers are also likely to incur taxes, fees and charges levied by other countries as well as Passenger Service Charges relating to the destination airport.  These will vary by destination and are too numerous to list here.
Fee based on form of payment
This Airline may charge an additional fee depending on your method of payment. The additional fee is not included in the Total Price displayed. The fee will be calculated and shown to you on the payment page depending on your payment method, prior to completing your booking. Please use the table below for details of the fees for local departures which will be charged based on the form of payment being used by you. This may be charged in the local currency (subject to currency fluctuations). Fees may differ from the below for departures from other countries.

On all Airfares a service fee of upto £ 28 is charged on a per-passenger, per-ticket basis. **

◊ Certain exceptions to the above service fees apply:
- Online vacation package booking service fees are up to £50 per passenger.
- Business and First Class Airfares - Service fees are up to £200 per passenger.
- Multi-city and Open-jaw trips - Service fees are up to £100 per passenger.
- Alternate Date ∧ Nearby Airport - Service fees are up to £55 per passenger
- Fusion Fares/Value Deals - Service fees are up to £100 per passenger.
- Unaccompanied Minor Tickets - Service fees are up to £100 per passenger.

The transaction booking service fee(s) applicable to your Booking will be displayed on the payment page of the Site prior to you confirming your Booking.

Receipt of transaction booking service fees in no way affects our liabilities or responsibilities as set out in these Terms and Conditions.

Domestic Travel = United Kingdom

International Travel = All destinations outside the United Kingdom

- Contact Center booking service fees: Service fees for contact center bookings (including complex multi-stop and round-the-world itineraries) may be higher than those charged for bookings made online. These service fees can range from £10 to £200 per passenger (up to $100 for Senior Citizens). Contact Center bookings include premium package benefits.
