Due to the impact of Typhoon Krosa and Air Traffic Control restrictions, customers traveling to, from, and/or via central Japan on August 01-02, 2025 may experience flight delays, diversions, and/or flight cancellations.

Passengers traveling to, from, and/or have a connecting flight through central Japan (all airports) are requested to re-confirm their flights directly with the airlines prior to departure.

For those who have a reservation with any restrictions, the airlines may announce additional flexible policies due to the weather. Travel Alert – Jetstar Asia: Ceased Operations on July 31, 2025

Due to financial issues, Jetstar Asia (3K) has progressively reduced their flight schedule before permanently ceasing operations on July 31, 2025. This closure does not impact any Jetstar Airways (JQ) flights, including JQ international flights between Australia and Southeast Asia, or any Jetstar Japan (GK) flights.

Customers holding a Jetstar Asia ticket for travel prior to July 31, 2025: There will be some changes to Jetstar Asia’s usual flight schedule and it is strongly requested to re-confirm your flights and connection times directly with the airline prior to departure.

Customers holding a Jetstar Asia ticket for travel on/after July 31, 2025: Your reservation is canceled, please contact Jetstar to discuss your options.
